Danielle's supply list

Join Danielle for two hours per week to paint beautiful rings on top of water and rocks under water. In this watercolour class, we will improve our observation skills to paint these tiny wonders in nature. Danielle will share her method for noticing small details, choosing colours and painting techniques. You will learn to see the beauty of the micro world in a whole new way, in order to paint micro scenes.

During the course of four weeks, you will receive advice on the necessary steps for this complex painting. All participants will then paint along to apply the demonstrated techniques. The focus will be on interactive and individualized instruction, and you will be encouraged to ask questions throughout.

Between classes, you may send photos of either in-progress or completed paintings to Danielle for a private critique or advice to take your painting to the next stage.  You will have a bit of “homework” each week.

If you cannot attend any of the live classes, don't worry.  All the presentations and recordings will be available to you after each class.

Watercolour experience is required.  Interest in painting details is desirable.

You will complete 1 painting during this 4-week class.

You will need to download the ZOOM app. There is an online tutorial available at: support.zoom.us.
