Life Drawing

The Kanata Art Club is offering a LIFE DRAWING STUDIO. Life drawing, also known as figure drawing, is the act of drawing a living person. Normally this means drawing a nude model in real life.

The Life Drawing Studios are non-instructional, self directed program sponsored and monitored by the Kanata Art Club where participating artists are free to work in the medium of their choice.

In this studio there will be an emphasis on drawing or painting a model.

LOCATION:  March Community Centre, 630 Cameron Harvey Drive, Kanata K2K 1X7 

DATES:

Session 1: September 10, 17 and 24, 2017

Session 2: October 15, 22 and November 5, 2017

Session 3: November 19, 26 and December 3, 2017

TIME: Sunday afternoons, 1:00-3:30. See events calendar

FEES:  The model fees are $35, due at the first studio.

ENROLMENT: is limited and on a first-come, first served basis.

Want to visit the Life Drawing Studio and see what it’s all about. You can make a prearranged visit for one (1) Studio Session, only (space permitting). The fee will be $12 BUT you will need to contact Kie Delgaty kdalgaty@sympatico.ca before going.
